Principle

This website is built to minimise data. No cookies are set for analytics or marketing purposes, no tracking takes place, and no social media plugins are embedded. A consent banner is therefore not required.

Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes data transmitted by your browser:

• the page requested and the date and time of access
• the volume of data transferred and confirmation of successful retrieval
• browser type and version, operating system
• the referrer URL and the IP address in shortened form

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Where processing takes place outside the EU, it is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Contacting us

If you contact me by email or telephone, your details are stored in order to handle the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries regarding possible cooperation, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose. Statutory retention periods, in particular under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.

Whitepaper downloads

The whitepapers offered on this website can be downloaded without providing personal data. There is no registration and no email address is collected.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server. No connection to third-party servers is established when you load a page.
